Marketing Officer
What will you do?
As a Marketing Officer at Roveg, you will be the link between our organization, our brand and our customers. While strengthening our brand identity, you’ll take the lead in initiating and developing our communication strategies.
You’ll be responsible for preparing, executing, and coordinating the marketing activities for Roveg Fruit and Roveg Transport. In addition, you’ll manage and create social media marketing campaigns, coordinate the email marketing strategy and maintain our website. You support our commercial department with promotional activities, such as events or client communication. You also keep track of market trends and translate them into relevant insights and actions. You keep a close eye on market developments and know how to switch between hands-on tasks and strategic thinking. And of course, you know how to bring our company and our unique range of exotic fruits and vegetables to market.
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies;
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials;
- Manage and strengthen the company’s employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent;
- Collaborate with HR, Sales, and other departments to deliver effective communication projects;
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels.
Who are you?
- You’re creative and communicatively strong;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a good command of Dutch is considered an asset;
- You have HBO-level (higher professional) thinking and working skills;
- You have some knowledge and experience with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign);
- You’re available full-time on site, commercially driven, and communicate professionally;
- Experience in the FMCG or fresh produce (AGF) sector is an advantage.
