Machine Operator Production

What will you do?

As a Production Operator, you help ensure that our production lines run smoothly, safely and efficiently. You coordinate daily activities, guide employees on the work floor and actively support the team wherever needed. These are your tasks in a row:

• Preparing production lines and coordinating daily planning with Team Leaders.
• Ensuring all packing materials are available before production starts.
• Assigning employees to workstations and providing clear instructions.
• Operating production and packaging machines.
• Monitoring production progress, product quality and customer specifications.
• Supporting employees with operational tasks and resolving minor technical disruptions.
• Reporting quality deviations and technical issues to Quality Control, Team Leaders or the Technical Department.
• Ensuring production orders are completed accurately in the paperwork and WMS system.
• Checking final carton quantities and maintaining accurate production records.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace.
• Identifying opportunities to improve production processes, quality and efficiency.
• Motivating and guiding employees and supporting their development on the production floor.
